The municipalities in Fosen; Indre Fosen, Osen, Ørland, and Åfjord, would like to continue the current Fosen Cooperation on company health services in accordance with the regulations in the Working Environment Act on company health services, PPR 2009-09.10

The purpose of establishing a common company health service is to give the municipalities a uniform company health service and IA services for the employees in the municipalities, and that at the same time satisfies the requirements in the Working Environment Act and regulations for the organisation and development of HSE. The company health service must actively participate in preventive protection and working environment tasks in the municipalities.
