Description:
Renewing subscriptions and support with transformation into IBM Tivoli and IBM Control Desk software licensing model used in the Ministry of National Defense

The subject of the order is: renewal of the subscription and support along with transformation into the new licensing model of IBM Tivoli and IBM Control Desk software used in the Ministry of National Defense. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is included in Annex 1 to the ToR - "Description of the subject of the contract".

The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the "Essential provisions of the contract" constituting Annex 8 to the ToR. The Purchaser does not allow submission of partial offers.

The Purchaser does not allow submission of variants.
