from real estate on which residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated located in the Lesznowola Commune".

As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage any amount of municipal waste generated on real estate on which residents located in the Lesznowola Commune do not live.

The subject of the contract covers the collection and management of the following types of waste:

- non-segregated municipal waste (mixed);

- municipal waste constituting bio-waste;

- municipal paper waste, including cardboard;

- municipal waste of metals, plastics and packaging waste

multi-material;

- municipal glass waste (colorless and colored);

- green waste;
