Name of the task: "Construction of vegetation at Głogowska 1-11 Street in Polkowice" carried out as part of budget tasks entitled: "Construction of a vegetation at 1-11 Głogowska Street in Polkowice" and "Creation of a system of urban greenery in inter-block interiors at Głogowska Street along with an increase in biologically active area – green-blue infrastructure – OS"

1) Subject of the contract:

Construction of vegetation at 1-11 Głogowska Street in Polkowice, carried out in the area of plots with registration numbers No. 135/1,140/1 and 140/3 precinct 01 of the city of Polkowice includes:

Stage I:

a) ordering and making a new vegetation,

b) hardening the area with concrete cubes / construction of a mini recreation area,

c) replacement of worn-out equipment (benches and waste bins in the Old Town style),

Stage II:

(d) maintaining the viability of the newly made vegetation as part of the annual care and, in the event of the plants dying during this period, replacing them with new ones.

2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the task documents constituting an integral part of this contract, which consist of:

a) land development project entitled: "Construction of a vegetation at 1-11 Głogowska Street",

b) technical specification of execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB),

c) descriptions of the items of the bill of quantities,

3) The documents listed in point 2) are the basis for the implementation of works covered by this contract. The requirements specified in even one of the above-mentioned documents are binding for the Contractor.

4) The Ordering Party's requirements as to the subject of the contract are included in the task documents,

and during implementation, the following order of importance applies:

(a) design documentation,

(b) descriptions of the items of the bill of quantities,

(c) the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works.

5) The Contractor declares that on the basis of the documents listed in point 2 he has all the information necessary to sign the contract with an unchanged lump sum remuneration.

6) All works that are the subject of the contract must be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, standards and on the terms and conditions set out in this contract.

7) The description of the subject of the contract takes into account the accessibility requirements for people with disabilities and was designed for all users.
