Support the incumbent programme manager to deliver a Headquarters refurbishment programme in Crawley and running a further competition with those suppliers appointed to all 4 Lots of the Professional Services Construction Consultancy Framework (previous reference itt_3757).

We anticipate the need for professional services support in the form of a Design Team, covering: Architect, Building Engineer (M&E Consultant), Employer's Agent, Quantity Surveyor, and Contract Administrator.

The appointed professionals will provide oversight and timely advice to the Trust throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design through to completion and handover.
