1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task "Works related to the maintenance and development of green areas in Siemianowice Śląskie"

2. The order was divided into 4 (four) lots.

2.1. Lot 1 of the contract: Beautifying the city of Siemianowice Śląskie.

2.2. Lot 2 of the contract: Watering, agricultural work.

2.3. Lot 3 of the contract: Planting of trees and shrubs in the city of Siemianowice Śląskie.

2.4. Lot 4 of orders: Felling, tree treatments in parks, green areas, roadside belts, communal areas.

3. The Awarding Entity allows the possibility of submitting partial offers for one or more selected parts (also for the entire order).

4. The Awarding Entity does not envisage a local site visit by the Contractors.

5. The Awarding Entity does not provide for the requirements referred to in art. 29 paragraph 4 of the PPL Act.

6. The Purchaser does not allow the submission of a variant offer.

7. The Awarding Entity does not anticipate awarding the contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Act

1) The subject of Lot 1 of the order is to embellish the city with flowers, including planting and care for flowers.

a) The price form constituting Appendix No. 6a to the ToR

b) Description of planned works to be performed, constituting Appendix No. 3a to the ToR

2) The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Appendix No. 4a to the ToR.

3) On the basis of art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, the Awarding Entity requires employment by the Contractor, Subcontractor of persons performing all activities falling under the so-called direct costs under an employment contract. This requirement applies to persons (manual workers) who perform activities directly related to the planting and care of planted flowers.

The requirement does not apply to the person managing the works who performs transport services.
