The purpose of this contract, under item P2, is maintenance, repairs, verification and control:

- individual gas bath heaters;

- individual gas boilers;

- individual oil-fired boilers;

- heat pumps;

- pellet stoves;

- solar production installations for domestic hot water (DHW);

- flues;

- Gas and sanitary controlled mechanical ventilation (CMV) installations;

- Collective safety devices (DSC).

As well as their unit or group replacement of generators equipping the rental properties of Néotoa.

Ille-et-Vilaine North

The purpose of this lot, under item P2, is maintenance, repairs, verification and control:

- individual gas bath heaters;

- individual gas boilers;
