The city council of Heppenheim is planning the new construction of the Nibelungenhalle as a 3-field sports hall for approx. 500 visitors with one extendable grandstand per hall section.

The subject of the tender is building automation.

"Building automation":

Delivery and assembly of 3 switch cabinet panels with fixtures, field devices including cabling and services for approx. 400 data points.

2 ZUL / ABL-RLT systems function heating with heat recovery with volume flow controllers, air quality control and approx. 33 BSK.

Heating control for boiler cascade (via interface) and micro-CHP, buffer loading / unloading management,

5 weather-compensated heating groups,

2 fresh water stations,

Approx. 15 underfloor heating controllers,

Interfaces for remote activation / monitoring.
