Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service (NIFRS) is seeking to establish a Contract for the delivery of Cleaning Services for a number of buildings (listed at Annex A) with a single Contractor who will be responsible for managing and delivering all of the specified Services in a flexible and responsive way.
