2) Right of option
By exercising the right of option, the Contracting Authority allows the possibility of increasing the scope of the basic contract by additional quantities of services (works), for which the maximum size (quantity) under the option right is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract - the right of option in Chapter III of the SWZ.
