Refurbishment of Stratford upon Avon Leisure and Visitor Centre to include all demolition works necessary, construction and refurbishment works to the fabric and internal layout of the Centre, refurbishment of the swimming pool as specified, all ground works as necessary, together with all internal finishing, decorating and fitting out.
