South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust and any other organisations that has a partnership arrangement with them, invites tenders for the provision of a design and print service framework. the framework comprises of 5 lots. The authority intends to award lots 1 and 2 to a single supplier, and appoint 3-4 suppliers to each of the remaining lots. The authority reserves the right to appoint more than 3 suppliers to each lot. Tenderers may bid for more than on lot. The framework will operate on a direct award or mini competition basis.

Provision of a managed print service for 4 hospitals in South Warwickshire. Stock will be held by the supplier and delivered directly to the Ward or Department placing the order.

The successful bidder will take on the current stock.

Provision of a managed print service to the South Warwickshire Community Sites and their partners.

Design and print services for NCR printing, stationary, envelope printing labels, bespoke items and print finishing.

Provision of 4 colour printing — short run digital, design printing, binding and printing.

Provision of print and design services for large format, exhibition panels, banners large font print and plan print.
