The object of the contract consists in the assignment of the management service of the municipal nursery "La Gabbianella" in compliance with the quality standards defined in the educational field by the Tuscany Region with the L.R. 32/2002 and the Regional Regulation n. 41 / R / 2013.

The contract consists of a mixed contract pursuant to art. 28 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and is distinguished in the assignment of the main service relating to pre-school education services (CPV 80110000-8) and a secondary service relating to the finishing of general works in wooden and plastic materials (CPV 45430000-0).

Contract falling within the services of Annex IX to Legislative Decree 50/2016.

The basic amount of the tender, equal to € 1,178,274.08, is net of VAT and / or other taxes and legal contributions, and is inclusive of the cost of labor that the contracting authority has estimated at € 1,004,729.00 and the charges for safety from interference that amount to € 6,250.00, net of VAT and / or other taxes and legal contributions, and are not subject to reduction. The amount of personnel costs related to extraordinary maintenance work is not accounted for as its type and value is not irrelevant to the total value of the workforce.
