The Arts Council (AC) is embarking on an ambitious business transformation programme. One of its key strategic objectives is the provision of a set of new ICT systems. These systems will be transitioned into Business As Usual (BAU) support by the end of the programme. This Request for Tender (RFT) is concerned with the provision of these new ICT systems.

To support the Arts Council Business Transformation Programme, we seek a quality assurance partner in support the validation of the deployment of the new grants management system. The Arts Council is looking for a testing partner that will support the business drive the testing and validation of the product and supports the Arts council during the execution and deployment phase of the project.
