For persons up to the age of 25, who have difficulties in participating in the training or employment market due to their individual situation, benefits must be provided to complete a school, educational or vocational qualification or to work differently or to apply for or accept social benefits ,
In addition, care and support services are to be offered with the aim of making use of basic benefits for job-seekers, launching therapeutic treatments and introducing rule offers for activation, stabilization and early job-oriented support.
At the same time, the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family as well as the participating Berlin Job Centers act as need-carriers.
Tenders dated 9.10.2018 and 4.1.2019 did not have an economic result for the lots advertised here, so a new call for tenders will be made.
The measures and offers of lot 1 are to be divided into 3 phases and be designed for a total individual duration of 12 months.
The participation period for the respective phases is basically up to 3 (phase I), up to 6 (phase II) and up to 3 months (phase III).
In addition, an extension of Phase II and III is possible up to a further 6 months, if the objectives of the measure have not yet been achieved. The necessity must be justified by the contractor to the respective user and approved by the user in each individual case.
Through an intensive individual consultation and support of the participants they should be supported:
- overcome their individual handicaps and disadvantages (difficulties)
- to claim the benefits of basic security (again) and
- to develop and stabilize the willingness to undertake a school, educational or vocational qualification or to take up employment.
Total number of participants: 15, minimum number of participants: 11
Lot 1 will be 50% funded by the ESF.
