The subject of the contract is the supply of new spare parts for ambulances of the Provincial Ambulance Station in Szczecin for 12 months.
Spare parts, due to the specificity of vehicle operation, i.e. SAVING PEOPLE'S LIVES, must be of very good quality and very high durability.
1. Deliveries will be made for 12 months from the signing of the contract.
2. Brand new spare parts which are the subject of the contract shall be understood as:
1) Parts O [original]- OE (Original Equipment) parts marked with the logo of the vehicle manufacturer.
2) Q parts – original OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or OES (Original Equipment Supplier) parts marked with the logo – trademark of the manufacturer of the parts, supplying the element for the first assembly, which have identical technical features and are made in the same technology as the O parts.
3) Parts of comparable quality P- marked at least on the packaging with the part number according to the manufacturer of the part. These are spare parts. Whose manufacturer certifies that they are of the same quality as the components that are or have been used for the assembly of the motor vehicles in question.

3. The Ordering Party stipulates that the spare parts offered by the Contractor may not be in the following quality groups: ZJ, Z
1) ZJ- substitutes of increased quality, recommended by the supplier (distributor);
2) Z- other substitutes.
4. The offered parts must have dimensional, assembly and functional parameters in accordance with the parts catalogues for individual car models listed in the OPZ.
5. It is required that the spare parts which are the subject of the contract are delivered brand new and complete, original or of comparable quality and comply with Commission Regulation (EU) No 461/2010 of 27 May 2010 on the application of Article 101(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to categories of vertical agreements and concerted practices in the motor vehicle sector.
Items of equipment and vehicle parts related to the safety of use of vehicles and the protection of the environment may be fitted to vehicles if at least one of the following conditions is met:
1) They are marked with the international approval marks used in the approval of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) – "E" or the European Union – "e";
(2) They shall be marked with the characteristics of the manufacturer of the vehicle for which the national vehicle type-approval certificate has been issued; this marking should be reported to an authorized unit for record-keeping;
(3) They shall be marked with the characteristics of the supplier of the manufacturer of the vehicle for which the national vehicle type-approval certificate has been issued; this marking should be reported to an authorized unit for record-keeping;
4) They are marked with the mark of compliance with the provisions of the conformity assessment and accreditation system; The provision does not apply to items of equipment and parts marked with a safety mark on the basis of the existing regulations on testing and certification.
The list of parts related to the safety of vehicle use and environmental protection subject to verification in this respect by bodies accredited in the Polish accreditation system is specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment. /Journal of Laws of 2003 No. 32, item 262, as amended/
Items of equipment and parts subject to the type-approval obligation are specified in the regulations on the approval of vehicles.
