The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations and solar collectors and heat pumps in the municipality of Strzyżewice. The order is carried out in the framework of the project “Green Energy in the Municipality of Strzyżewice — Part 2” co-financed by the EU under the Regional Operational Programme of Lublin Voivodeship 2014-2020 priority axis 4 Environmentally friendly energy, action 4.1 Support use of RES:

— Part 1 — Supply and installation of photovoltaic cells — includes the supply of 10 pcs of installations,

— Part 2 — supply and assembly of solar collectors includes the supply of 91 installations,

— Part 3 — delivery and installation of heat pumps includes delivery of 12 pcs of the installation.

4. The subject of Part 1 of the order is the delivery and installation of sets of photovoltaic installations within the municipality of Strzyżewice, including, inter alia:

1) supply and assembly of 10 pcs of solar installations with a power of min. 4,03 kW, in 10 indicated locations;

2) installation made on the basis of modules of monocrystalline photovoltaic panels with a power of min. 310 W;

3) installation of support structures of photovoltaic modules;

4) installation of photovoltaic panels on the structure;

5) installation of solar wiring between modules and inverter;

6) making the main installation for connecting the inverter to the main switchboard of the building;

7) installation of the switchgear of the RDC DC DC circuits;

8) installation of the inverter;

9) installation of RAC switchgear switchgear switchgear;

10) the performance of anti-shock protection;

11) the performance of surge protection;

12) trials, measurements, adjustment and technological start-up of the plant;

13) the execution of abbreviated post-construction documentation for each project participant and full post-construction documentation for the contracting officer (certificates, guarantees, instructions for operation, implementation projects, set of electrical measurements, set of documents to change the meter, documentation received from of the ordering with applied corrections in red color);

14) connection to the PGE Distribution S.A. network, together with the preparation of a set of documents and the declaration of installation;

15) training users in the proper operation of the installations performed;

16) drawing up service instructions containing the necessary information on how to proceed in the event of unexpected errors in the installation;

17) program and launch of the installation;

18) supplement possible cavities of walls, ceilings, sealing the roofing material after the passages of the wires;

The subject of Part 2 of the order is the delivery and installation of sets of solar installations within the municipality of Strzyżewice, including, inter alia:

1) two-manifold installation/300 dm3, 72 sets — assembly for 72 locations;

2) three-manifold installation/400 dm3, 19 sets — assembly for 19 locations;

3) the installation of the solar tray;

4) the installation of glycol installation;

5) installation of the pump and control unit;

6) the connection of the solar tray to the existing cold water and hot water installation together with the necessary control and protection fittings, dam, regulatory fittings;

7) performing tests, tests and commissions of the solar installation;

8) the performance of the training of the users of the solar installation;

9. supply and assembly, based on the technical documentation set out in Annex No 8b to SWZ, of sets of flat solar collectors for the preparation of hot water;

10. Other elements included in Annex No 8b to SWZ (design documentation) and the contract template of Annex 7b to SWZ.

The Contracting Authority shall inform that the solar installation monitoring system described in Chapter 7 of the executive construction project is not covered by the contract in question. The Ordering Authority requires that the installed installation allows in the future to be attached to such a system.

6. The subject of part no 3 is the supply and installation of heat pumps in the area of the municipality Strzyżewice, including, inter alia:

1) supply and installation of 12 pieces of heat pump (air-to-water) installations with a minimum capacity of 3.5 kW for the preparation of c.w.u. with tanks with capacity of min. 300 l;

2) installation of fittings, pumping assembly of diaphragmatic vessel and other elements according to the technological scheme,

3) installation of the control system;

4) the performance of rinsing and pressure tests of the installation;

5) replenishment and sealing of cavities after the passages of the ducts, making of cold, warm c.o. and electrical water systems necessary for connection to the designed system;

6) commissioning of the installation;

7) to train users on the proper operation of the heat pumps performed up to c. u. together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transmission to users;

8. Other elements included in Annex 8c to the SWZ (technical documentation) and the model contract set out in Annex 7c to the SWZ.
