1. The subject of the order is:
In part 1: delivery and implementation of IT systems with the launch of e-services and the supply of necessary computer equipment for the City of Krasnystaw
In part 2: delivery and implementation of IT systems with the launch of e-services and the supply of necessary computer equipment for the Kazimierz Dolny Commune
In part 3: delivery and implementation of IT systems with the launch of e-services and the supply of necessary computer equipment for the Bełżyce commune
In lot 4: supply of computer hardware and software
In part 5: delivery of equipment, active network devices, security and monitoring systems to server rooms
1. The subject of the contract for Part 1 "Supply and implementation of IT systems with the launch of e-services and the supply of necessary computer equipment for the City of Krasnystaw" includes, in particular:
1) analyzing functional and non-functional requirements as well as designing the System architecture and developing the System Concept,
2) developing the technical documentation of the System,
3) development and delivery, installation and configuration of the Software,
4) delivery, installation and configuration of equipment being the subject of the Order,
5) testing and launching the System,
6) conducting instructions necessary for the use of the System by the Employer's employees,
7) granting the Purchaser a license to use the works described in the Agreement,
8) granting a guarantee for the subject of the contract,
9) data migration to the System from existing IT systems and databases used by the Employer, if necessary,
10) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR - Detailed Description of the Object of the Contract for lots 1, 2, 3.
The subject of the contract for Part 2 "Supply and implementation of IT systems with the launch of e-services and the supply of necessary computer equipment for the Kazimierz Dolny Commune" includes, in particular:

3) development and delivery, installation and configuration of the Software,
4) delivery, installation and configuration of equipment being the subject of the Order,
