This concerns a large diversity of items with a total estimated annual turnover, based on the average number of items sold in the last year, of EUR 75,000.00 excl. VAT (EUR 300,000.00 excl. VAT for 4 years).

The estimated annual turnover is purely indicative. The quantities and amounts can be larger or smaller without the contractor being therefore authorized to change the conditions of the agreement or to claim any compensation.

Due to the award of the contract, the service provider does not have an exclusive right to execute all contracts, such as those that are the subject of the present specifications.
