The contract is launched under a tendering procedure under Order No o 2015-899 of 23.7.2015, conducted in accordance with Articles 66 to 68 of Decree No o 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. The market is treated at a fixed price.

Mission OPC for the construction of 30 dwellings, divided into 15 dwellings: rue des Souvats and 15 dwellings: rue des Marjolaines in Dampmart.

OPC mission for the construction of 51 housing units including 39 housing units in PSLA and 13 social rental housing units in Torcy.

OPC mission for the construction of 20 social housing and a business: rue de Sommeville in Combs-la-Ville.
