Manufacture of Anchors and Toads for National Navy Units

This notice pertains to a master purchase order agreement for the “manufacture of anchors and toads for units of the National Navy”. It is part of a procedure with negotiation according to the provisions of Articles L. 2324-3 L. 2325-1 R 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Public Order Code.

The Framework Agreement is a single-member agreement.

In application of articles R2372-19 to R2372-21 of the Public Order Code, the framework agreement presenting significant technical hazards will include a provisional share for orders of supplies
