4.1 The subject of the contract is "Provision of municipal waste collection and management of this waste from the owners of real estate on which residents live, created in the Konopiska Municipality". 4.2 The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected on all properties on which residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Konopiska Municipality. The scope of the contract includes the collection and management of the entire stream of municipal waste provided by the owners of real estate located in the above-mentioned commune, where residents live, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill as part of the entrusted task.
