Description:
Purchase of fuels and AdBlue additive for The Waste Management Plant Olszowa Sp. z o.o.

The subject of the contract is the supply of fuels and AdBlue additive to ZZO Olszowa Sp. z o.o.

Purchase of diesel fuel in accordance with PN-EN 590:2013-12/AC delivered to the Ordering Party's registered office at Olszowa, Bursztynowa 55, 63-600 Kępno

1. The average annual demand of the Ordering Party for diesel oil is approx. 220,000 litres.

2. The Contractor shall provide a tank with a capacity of 5000 l for the duration of the contract.

3. A non-pressure plastic tank with a double-shell structure made available by the Contractor for the duration of the contract will be placed by the Contractor in the place indicated by the Ordering Party on the premises of the Waste Management Plant Olszowa Sp. o.o., Olszowa, Bursztynowa 55, 63-600 Kępno. The fuel tank should be equipped with a refueling hose with a length of min. 10.0 m, electronic fuel emission control system with the possibility of entering fuel deliveries and generating a statement - a report on fuel sales on a monthly cycle in .xls format (if it is not possible to generate a statement from the system - a report in .xls format, the Ordering Party allows the delivery of a statement - report by the Contractor in a publicly available format to the indicated e-mail address no later than by the 3rd working day of the month following the month which report concerns). Checking the state of the amount of fuel should be carried out remotely via the GSM network. The state of fuel content in the tank should be available to the Contractor and the Ordering Party. The tank should meet the requirements for a given type of tanks confirmed by a test certificate issued by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT). The cost of tests carried out by the Office of Technical Inspection as well as any repairs during its use by the Ordering Party shall be borne by the Contractor.

A photocopy confirmed for compliance with the original of the current test certificate is obliged to be delivered by the Contractor to the Ordering Party together with the tank and within 5 working days from the date of expiry of the current tests.

4. The Contractor shall be obliged to deliver the fuel tank to the Ordering Party's registered office (address: Olszowa, Bursztynowa 55, 63-600 Kępno) within 5 working days from the date of signing the contract.

5. The parameters of the supplied diesel fuel will be adapted to the delivery period, i.e. the season and ambient temperature (so-called summer, transitional, winter diesel).

6. For each delivery of fuel to the Ordering Party's headquarters (address: Olszowa, Bursztynowa 55, 63-600 Kępno), the Contractor shall provide a document regarding the quality of a given batch of fuel, in particular a quality certificate in the original or a confirmed copy containing the data necessary for the assessment on the physicochemical parameters of the delivered fuel.

7. Discharge of diesel fuel into the tank may take place only in the presence of an authorized representative of the Ordering Party.

8. The settlement of the amount of supplied diesel fuel will be made according to the indications of the certified and legalized metering meter installed on the tanker. The printout from the device is a measurement indicating the amount of fuel delivered to the Ordering Party at the actual temperature along with an indication of this temperature and the amount at the reference temperature of 15°C. The Contractor is obliged to attach to each invoice a printout from the tanker distributor confirmed by the signature of an authorized representative of the Ordering Party and the Contractor.

Purchase of fuel oil delivered to the Ordering Party

1. The average annual demand of the Ordering Party for heating oil is approx. 3,000 litres.

2. The Ordering Party requires the supply of light fuel oil with parameters in accordance with the PN-C-96024:2011 standard and the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 1 December 2016 on quality requirements regarding sulfur content for oils and types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used.

3. For each delivery of fuel to the Ordering Party's headquarters (address: Olszowa, Bursztynowa 55, 63-600 Kępno), the Contractor shall provide a document regarding the quality of a given batch of fuel, in particular a quality certificate in the original or a confirmed copy containing the data necessary for the assessment on the physicochemical parameters of the delivered fuel.

4. Deliveries will be made by a specialized transport vehicle equipped with a legalized system for measuring the quantitative light fuel oil and other devices necessary for trouble-free pumping of oil into tanks.

5. Discharge of fuel oil into the tank may take place only in the presence of an authorized representative of the Ordering Party.

6. The quantity of fuel oil delivered will be settled according to the indications of the certified and legalized measuring meter installed on the tanker. The printout from the device is a measurement indicating the amount of fuel delivered to the Ordering Party at the actual temperature together with the indication of this temperature and the quantity at the reference temperature of 15 ° C. To each invoice the Contractor is obliged to attach a printout from the tank distributor confirmed by the signature of an authorized representative of the Ordering Party and the Contractor.

7. Notification by the Ordering Party of the demand for current delivery of heating oil with the determination of the quantity will take place by phone or e-mail.

Purchase of AdBlue diesel fuel additive meeting the technical requirements in accordance with DIN 70070/ISO 22241 delivered to the Ordering Party

1. The average annual demand of the Ordering Party for the AdBlue diesel fuel additive is approx. 10,000 litres.

2. The product is delivered to the Ordering Party's registered office (address: Olszowa, 55 Bursztynowa Street, 63-600 Kępno) in one-off batches according to the Ordering Party's indications, in the amount of not less than 200 liters in containers not larger than 25 liters each.

3. The container must be able to easily read the actual amount of liquid supplied.

4. The Ordering Party requires the delivery of the AdBlue additive in factory-sealed containers, preventing unscrewing by third parties, with a legible label containing information, m.in, about the amount of liquid contained.
