The subject of the contract is the execution of acoustic adaptation and electro-acoustic installation in the courtroom of the Court of Appeal in Łódź. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in particular in

Appendix 4 and 5 to the SWZ. The description of the subject of the contract contains minimum requirements, the fulfillment of which is obligatory. Failure to meet the minimum requirements described will result in rejection of the offer as

inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL.
