The reason for this tender is the fact that several customers of the RID (the Cooperating Organizations) will have to replace their financial system in the foreseeable future. Various systems are currently being used and the municipalities have agreed with a covenant to come to one (1) Solution for all Cooperating organizations.

The assignment includes the provision of software including links and the provision of various services.

The ICT Performance – in short – consists of a uniform delivery of a "common but partly decentralized IT environment" and separate implementations of this environment at the various Collaborating organizations that indicate that they want to make use of the possibility of implementation.

The Solution should be offered as a SaaS service. We understand SaaS service to mean: software that is made available online and is technically fully managed by the Contractor.

The Client wishes to conclude an Agreement with one Tenderer who has made the most economically advantageous Tender for the duration of six years, with the possibility to extend it by one year six times thereafter.
