The subject of the order are diagnostic gloves, nitrile, non-sterile, disposable. The offered subject of the contract must have the CE marking, be in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party described in the specifications of the terms of the contract and with the law in force in Poland, have the required declarations of conformity, attestations, certificates of registration, certificates of admission to marketing and use in Polish healthcare facilities based on the applicable provisions of law. The shelf life of the offered subject of the contract must be not less than 80 % of the expiry date from the date of placing the order. A detailed description of the subject of the contract with the quantity and parameters is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
