The EEA seeks to establish a framework contract for the provision of canteen and catering services at its premises located at Kongens Nytorv 6 and 8, 1050 Copenhagen K, DENMARK.

The scope of the contract is to offer a lunch buffet to EEA staff members and visitors and to cater the meetings held within the premises with coffee and tea, served lunches, dinners and receptions.

The tendering procedure will be carried out in 2 steps:

1) EEA invites economic operators to put themselves forward as candidates by submitting an application in accordance with the provisions stated in the terms of reference;

2) the EEA will send an invitation to the selected candidates to submit a tender in accordance with the terms in the tender specifications.
