Service consisting in repairing the P5 maintenance level for steam locomotive series Px29 No. 1704, inv. no. MUZ II 43

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the repair of the P5 maintenance level for the steam locomotive of the Px29 series No. 1704, inv. no. MUZ II 43.

2. The detailed range of services subject to this order is determined by the Description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ.

3. Bearing in mind that in accordance with § 6 section 1 of the Model Agreement, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, the Contracting Authority has provided for a lump sum remuneration for the implementation of the subject of the contract, it is recommended that the Contractor makes a site inspection, reads Annex 1 to the SWZ, and obtains at its own responsibility and risk, any additional information that may be necessary to prepare the offer and conclude the contract and perform the contract.
