This acquisition concerns the waste management service for hazardous waste generated in housing in accordance with section 32 of the Waste Act in the operating area of Napapiirin Residuum Oy, according to the procurement documents.
The offer must provide unit prices for various hazardous wastes (€/kg or €/piece, VAT 0%). The unit price shall include all costs incurred in sorting the accumulated waste, packing with packaging supplies, collection equipment, delivery of collection equipment and delivery for disposal, including waste treatment fees and the services of a safety advisor. At his expense, the service contractor performs the markings necessary for transportation.
The unit price also includes the delivery of the models and instructions necessary for the labeling, The customer prints the labels on the labels at his expense, except for the pharmacies the labels of the collection equipment are delivered to the pharmacies by the Service Contractor. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that the markings are sufficient.
The customer does not pay any compensation other than the price of the waste, except for the compensation (€/day, VAT 0%) for hazardous waste collection rounds, which includes all other costs of the collection round in full, except for the price of the waste.
Napapiirin Residuum Oy operates solid hazardous waste reception points and hazardous waste collection tours in the operating area, which includes the City of Rovaniemi and the municipalities of Ranua and Pello.
The procurement is described in the attached implementation program of the hazardous waste management service. A written agreement is concluded on the procurement.
All collection and transport of waste in accordance with this contract notice must be carried out in accordance with the procurement documents, the contract to be concluded, the instructions of the Client, the terms of receipt and the prevailing legislation.
The customer reserves the right to inform, if necessary, after the procurement decision, the name of the selected contractor, the offer price and the location of other tenders.
