Tiera's customers have many statutory services for which the expansion of e-services is topical. The task of the selected service partner is to enable the secure operating platform defined in the requirements, the related maintenance activities, and to implement possible customer-specific customizations to these services for Tiera and Tiera's customers as expert services.

The service package to be procured can be used to implement straightforward and easy-to-use services for secure e-mail communication, data collection through web forms, storage of conversations and files in encrypted workspaces, and secure sending of information with internal and external stakeholders, as well as electronic signing of documents.
