Esbjerg Municipality has budgeted sewage separation tasks totalling approximately 35 to 40 lines or sites with an indicative budget for entryway costs of approximately DKK 19-20 million.

Esbjerg Municipality wishes to attach one total advisor (engineer) through this framework agreement to the design and execution of the specific tasks.

A framework agreement of 4 years is awarded to one total advisor, whereby the specific advisory tasks are principally concerned with the following:

- Task planning in cooperation with the builder and stakeholders

- Task settlement in cooperation with the builder and stakeholders

- Planning, requisitioning and management of externally conducted preliminary studies

- Projecting forward to tenders at the main contract

- Conduction of pre-qualification/ selection for main admission tenders

- Implementation of the main contract tender/ contracting

- Projecting, subject supervision, construction management and 1 year overhaul
