Prochowice in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of the following fractions of municipal waste: paper, metals, plastics and glass, recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of non-hazardous construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended). The subject of the contract is the provision of a service of collection, transport and management of all municipal waste generated on properties inhabited and not inhabited in the city and municipality of Prochowice in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of the following fractions of municipal waste: paper, metals, plastics and glass, recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods other than hazardous construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste and limiting the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended).

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located at 37 Jagiellońska Street in Prochowice.
