Description:
Procurement of an HLF 20 for the Erkelenz fire brigade

A new HLF 20 is procured as a replacement for an older emergency vehicle. In conjunction with the vehicles available in the Erkelenz fire brigade, this vehicle is intended to combine or supplement the characteristics in such a way that new current tactical and technical requirements are taken into account in technical assistance and firefighting.

Chassis and body

Lot 1 is used to put the chassis and body for an emergency firefighting group vehicle (HLF 20) out to tender.

For the chassis, there must be a suitable authorized workshop in Erkelenz or the vicinity of the municipality (maximum approx. 50 km) and recognized by the vehicle supplier. Any necessary transfers as part of the vehicle body must be discussed with the customer, identified accordingly and, if necessary, included in the calculation. The required maximum dimensions must be taken into account when selecting chassis. Any special features must be pointed out separately, these may have to be taken into account and explained in a side offer.

If the offer prices for the bodywork for an HLF 20 apply only in conjunction with a chassis of a special manufacturer or in a special design or equipment, this must be noted. The different offer prices for superstructures on the other chassis offered must then be indicated. All drawers and flaps as well as all built-in equipment must be permanently secured in such a way that unintentional opening or falling out while driving and in the event of an accident is effectively prevented. During expansion, it is essential to ensure that logically connected loading groups are formed and that possible open spaces are not unnecessarily added by installations. Reference is made to the preliminary remark in this regard in the fire brigade technical loading planning. For the assembly of the assemblies, as identical as possible, but at least dimensionally coordinated, sufficiently stable plastic containers (Euro standard containers: The external dimensions must be matched to Euro pallets standard 1,200mm x 800mm) are to be used, unless otherwise specified. The contents of the container must be labelled on the front and back of the container! Empty spaces must be used consistently or made usable!

All used location or direction information or designations (such as left, right, etc.) can always be seen in the direction of travel.

Firefighting loading

Lot 2 is used to put out to tender the firefighting loading for an emergency firefighting group vehicle (HLF 20).

The loading planning of the HLF 20 essentially corresponds to DIN-14530-27. The loading was changed or supplemented due to operational experience and local requirements. The loading listed in the service description should be accommodated as completely as possible in the vehicle. The arrangement of the loading in the equipment rooms is based on seven equipment rooms (G1 - GR). It is particularly important to ensure that related equipment (e.g. chainsaw and accessories, various toolboxes) is stored logically together. Due to the desired conductor removal device, the roof load should be reduced to as few components as possible. During expansion, care must be taken to ensure that sensible loading groups are formed and that possible free spaces are not unnecessarily added by means of internals. For the assembly of the assemblies, sufficiently stable plastic containers (in Euro pallet dimension division) must be used as close as possible - but at least dimensionally coordinated. The contents of the container must be clearly labelled on the front and back of the container. Sufficient free space for easy storage and storage (even in the no longer repackaged condition) must be ensured. This applies in particular to the storage of respiratory protection technology. The loading planning (assignment to the equipment rooms) is binding as the first suggestion and may only be changed after consultation. If an order is not possible, consultation with the client must be held. If, in your opinion, improvements or additions are made to the loading plan, alternative/supplementary offers are permitted.

Lot 2 to be offered includes the delivery of all items of firefighting loading planning described with the exceptions in the service description. Any information in the price fields should be observed in the calculation. Loading items provided by the customer or to be delivered by the body manufacturer will not be priced.

Note: The numbering in the service description does not correspond exactly to DIN 14530-27!
