Risør Municipality has recently a approved a water and waste water master plan, and, as a result of this plan, planning assistance connected with a large portion of the plans included in the action plan, in addition to other projects that will arise during the agreement period, is required. The total investment cost is stipulated to approx. 72 million NOK for all initiatives in the action plan.
