1. Day Concierge for Pennine House between 7:00 until 19:00 (12 hours) 365 days per year;

2. Night Concierge for Mendip House between 20:00 until 8:00 (12 hours) 365 days per year;

3. Night Patrols at Pennine and Methven Court dispersed between the hours of 19:00 and 7:00 Monday to Sunday, 3 visits per nights on a changing pattern of attendance.
