The contract takes the form of a global performance market within the meaning of Article L. 2171-3 of the Public Order Code (CPP).

The purpose of the contract is to achieve performance objectives by:

— the operation (including maintenance) of works;

— the design and implementation of reinforcement works for certain structures;

— the realization of certain new works, namely: SSTPs and their associated connections allowing the connection of real estate lots;

— the support of EPA Paris-Saclay on design notices for new works.
