The City of Nokia will put out to tender the new building of the new daycare centre in the Siuro-Linnavuori area as a shared contract; construction contracts as main contracts and building services contracts as subordinated secondary contracts. The construction site of the new daycare centre in Siuro-Linnavuori is located at Siurontie 8, Nokia. The daycare centre will be built on an currently vacant plot owned by the City of Nokia. The daycare centre's facilities are designed for 126 children and approximately 30 staff members.

The project will mainly be built of logs. The project follows the Dry Chain 10 model for humidity control and the P1 purity class for cleanliness management. In addition, the object is classified according to the RTS environmental classification, where the desired level is four stars.

This procurement concerns a building automation contract as a subordinated secondary contract.
