Porsanger municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority invites to an open tender contest for winter maintenance. Finnut Consult assists with implementation of the tender competition. The Awarding Authority requests tenders for winter maintenance of municipal roads and footpaths in Lakselv and surrounding areas.

The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject tenders if it turns out that the Awarding Authority can execute the winter maintenance themselves.

It is emphasised that the tender shall be in accordance with the instructions given in this document. Incomplete tenders or tenders that contain reservations, errors or imprecisions which result in doubts on how the tenders shall be assessed will be rejected. Deviation from the instructions given in the tender documents shall be clearly and precisely described. The tenderers are invited to submit tenders for individual sections.
