The City hall management service shall enter into a framework agreement with one supplier of carpentry and joinery services. The framework agreement shall meet the Award authority's need for replacement, rehabilitation and acquisitions related to structural measures in the City Hall office suites, conference facilities and technical areas. If required, it is possible for the assignment to be connected to Heftyetunet at Frognerseteren. For major structural contracts and/or in cases where the Award authority decides, the supplier shall be prepared for, and be able to, undertake project management for construction groups composed of the Award authority's other contracted entrepreneurs within EL, plumbing etc. Tenderers should also be prepared for, and able to prepare background material for use in specifications of the Award authority's tenders, in accordance with both national and EEA - standard.
