The contest concerns the delivery of various types of compactor vehicles.

The value of the procurement is estimated at: NOK 19-24,000,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority and depends on how many vehicles are procured.

The tender process for new vehicles in this contest occurs in parallel with NGR working on a new company strategy.

This means that at present we do not know how many vehicles will be needed. The number of vehicles stated in the price form is to the best of our knowledge at present. In the "worst case", NGR will not need any new vehicles, but this is considered to be highly unlikely. The contracting authority therefore reserves the right to terminate the contract or cancel the contest up until the time of payment if it becomes apparent that there will not be a need for new vehicles. The contracting authority therefore also reserves the right to regulate the number of vehicles placed on order in connection with our new strategy.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract period is from and including 06.03.2023.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
