The planning services to be commissioned relate to the following scope of services:
Structural planning:
- Basic services § 51 HOAI, Annex 14.1, left column, service phases 1-6
- Special services: Proof of fire resistance of the supporting structure

The city of Göttingen is planning the construction of the new building of the KiTa Ernst-Fahlbusch in timber construction in the passive house standard in Göttingen.
The room program includes 3 kindergarten groups with 25 children each and 2 crèche groups with 15 children.
The services of the object planning, the TGA and the outdoor facilities have already been awarded.

The site on which the new building is to be built is located in Göttingen in the Weende district, on Ernst-Fahlbusch-Straße, next to the Hainbundschule.
The provision of services is to begin immediately after the contract has been awarded. Construction is scheduled to begin in mid-2024. The start of use is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2025.
