The project concerns the new building for Penta Mavo (approximately 5,550 m2 GFA, of which approx. 720 m2 GFA gym) for the benefit of Scholengroep Penta. The project will be realized as part of the area development project Heijwegenlaan in Spijkenisse.

For the project, a design team (architect and consultants) has already been selected who has the assignment to develop the design to level VO +.

The client is looking for a party (consortium) for further Engineering and realization of the project. The contract is a two-phase contract:

1. Design elaboration from VO+ on the basis of a construction team agreement;

2. Realization based on an Engineer & Build UAV-GC agreement.
