Framework agreement on maintenance work for the City of Lille, its associated municipalities of Lomme and Hellemmes, the CCAS of Lille, Lomme and Hellemmes and SICGFA, as well as buildings belonging to third parties on which the Municipal Health and Hygiene Service of the City of Lille is required to intervene in a situation of danger. This consultation was issued by call for tenders pursuant to Articles R.2124-1, R.2124-2 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Order Code (CCP). The consultation is divided into 8 lots. In accordance with Article R.2162-2 paragraph 2 CCP, lots 1 to 5 will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders; and in accordance with Article R.2162-2 paragraph 1 CCP, lots 6 to 8 will be executed by the award of subsequent contracts. This lot concerns asbestos removal, lead removal. The duration of this lot will be 2 years tacitly renewable for the same period of 2 years (i.e. 4 years maximum). It is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 2,400,000.00 euro (s) / HT per period of 2 years (all members of the group combined). This lot is multi-awarded: 3 operators subject to a sufficient number of applications and offers

This lot concerns recurring service and maintenance work relating to plumbing, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities. The duration of this lot will be 2 years tacitly renewable for the same period of 2 years (i.e. 4 years maximum). It is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 3,000,000.00 euro (s) / HT per period of 2 years (all members of the group combined). This lot is multi-awarded: 3 operators subject to a sufficient number of applications and tenders. Pursuant to Article R2111-10 of the Public Order Code, the conditions of execution of this lot include elements of a social nature: by simply submitting their offer, the candidates undertake to carry out, over the duration of the contract, including renewal, an action of integration of people experiencing particular social or professional difficulties. For this lot 35 hours per 60,000 euro (s) (H.T.).

This lot concerns recurrent upkeep and maintenance work relating to the installation and maintenance of fences and the installation of street furniture in buildings. The duration of this lot will be 2 years tacitly renewable for the same period of 2 years (i.e. 4 years maximum). It is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 1,000,000.00 euro (s) / HT per period of 2 years (all members of the group combined). This lot is multi-awarded: 3 operators subject to a sufficient number of applications and tenders. Pursuant to Article R2111-10 of the Public Order Code, the conditions of execution of this lot include elements of a social nature: by simply submitting their offer, the candidates undertake to carry out, over the duration of the contract, including renewal, an action of integration of people experiencing particular social or professional difficulties.
