The subject of the contract is: "Delivery of diesel oil to MPGK Sp. z o.o. in Katowice in an estimated quantity of 1 000 000 liters.", the subject of the contract should correspond to the parameters specified in the current as at the date of submission of the offer Polish Standard PN-EN 590 and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on quality requirements for liquid fuels of 9 October 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2015, pos.1680).
