(a) The object of the contract is the service of cleaning of sozotechnical equipment (separators of petroleum substances, fat starch, settlers, sandpipers,) located within 15 Military Economic Branch in Szczecin and the export and disposal of waste coming from these devices..

(b) The subject of the contract is specified in Annex No 9 to the SWZ — i.e. the technical specification of performance and acceptance forming an integral part of it. The subject of the contract should also be made on the basis of the price form (Annex No 2, SWZ) and Annex 10 to SWZ, the list of sozotechnical equipment.

The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the conditions described in the above Annexes.

A detailed description of the terms of the contract shall also include the proposed provisions of the future contract.
