The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement between at least one (1), but a maximum of two (2) Contractor(s) and Dar (hereinafter ''Client'') regarding the execution of the mowing specifications in the municipality of Nijmegen, including the disposal of the released waste.

The agreement has a total term of four (4) years, of which the first two (2) years are fixed and then – under the same conditions – can be unilaterally extended twice by the Client for a period of one (1) year. The effective date of the contract is 01-01-2023.

Extension only takes place when the work has been carried out to the satisfaction of the Client. Satisfaction means carrying out the work in accordance with the RAW specifications and the requirements and wishes as described in the tender.
