For the provision of home haemodialysis services for Wessex Kidney Centre, Portsmouth Hospital NHS Trust. This is for the provision of a managed Home Haemodialysis service for new patients starting on home haemodialysis from the contract start date of 1 May 2020. The successful provider should anticipate a take on of 50-55 new patients per year from the start of the contract. The clinical team will also maintain the right to use an alternative provider/ machine if clearly justifiable by the clinical need of an individual patient.
