1. The subject of the basic contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of maintenance and support services for the System, for 12 months with the option of double repetition of services, i.e. for 2 consecutive 6-month periods, which are the subject of the Basic Contract.
2. As part of the performance of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with Services in accordance with the detailed requirements and SLA level specified in § 3 of the Draft Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.
