The purpose of this consultation is to award a contract for the purpose of carrying out new works, improvements, renovations and maintenance works on the HVAC, electrical engineering and fluid engineering control facilities associated with BMS supervision, BMS for the control of energy consumption for PARIS-ORLY airports, PARIS-CHARLES DE GAULLE, PARIS-LE BOURGET and the AAG

The services consist of carrying out new works, improvement works and partially or completely renovating electrical power and regulation cabinets of climate comfort installations, including reserve lifts.

They will replace:

- electrical cabinets and boxes,

- electrical cable networks,

- terminal equipment connections,

- control systems,

- smoke extraction systems, etc.

It will also make it possible to carry out operations:

- Creation of plans for existing installations,

- Equipment removal

This contract will also allow updates of electrical diagrams and plans, the realization of studies, plans and functional analysis.
