The object of performance is the supply of soups and binders in 2 lots to the operating points of the university gastronomy. The aim is to conclude a framework agreement with 1 company per lot.
Term 01.06.2023 to 31.05.2023 with the option of a one-time extension of one year. 6-month notice period; otherwise automatic renewal.
The contract per lot ends when the following total quota is reached, even before expiry of the above-mentioned period.
Individual 1: 138.000,00 EUR net
Release 2: 93.000,00 EUR net
A price adjustment based on the conditions stated in the contract documents is possible per year.
